How does your service work?

Our service is simple and easy!
Step 1: Call us for an estimate and to schedule your Car Pro technician.
Step 2: Pay for your parts (or provide your own).
Step 3: Be present for your appointment window.
Step 4: Kick back and relax while your car is being serviced.
Step 5: At the end of your repair, high-five your Car Pro technician, complete payment, and go party with your savings!

(Update: We kindly ask that you refrain from high-fiving your Car Pro technician until after the pandemic is over. Thank you!)

How are you handling COVID19?

We believe that hiring a Car Pro is the safest way to have your car serviced. With Car Pro, you will not have to leave your house or expose yourself to a shared facility. Car Pro technicians will also wear a mask while inside your vehicle or when they may come near another person.

How does your rate structure work?

Car Pro charges less than chain car repair shops! We charge a trip fee of $10 per job, and $80 per hour of labor. There is a minimum of 1.5 hours. We are also able to advise you on how to save on your car parts. The standard shop labor rate you'll see at chain shops around town is $100-$115+/hr. Save up to 30%!

We also have maintenance packages that include labor and are an exceptional value. For more information, see our "pricing" page.

Are your technicians trained/certified?

Yes! All of our technicians have undergone specialized training and have experience in their field.

Where can you perform the work?

We are a mobile repair business. There are many places we can perform a repair in a pinch. In general though, a customer's driveway or garage is the ideal scenario. We can typically perform the work at any location where you have permission to use the property. Some repairs may require access to an electrical outlet or running water. Ask your Car Pro for more information when scheduling your mechanic.

Are there any car repairs that you don't do?

We can do the vast, vast majority of common car repairs and maintenance. However, there are some repairs that cannot be performed via a mobile repair. Some of this is determined on a case by case basis, but the following repairs are typically not performed: Wheel alignments, rotor resurfacing, transmission replacement, engine replacement, exhaust repairs that require welding, and some differential replacements.
